2. User Account Registration, Use and Management

2.2. Without timely notification, the platform cannot guarantee the security of the user’s progress on our services.
2.4. If the user uses other accounts approved by the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “third-party accounts”) as game accounts, the user agrees that the Platform may verify the authentication status of the third-party account with the provider of the third-party account. If the provider of the third-party account reports that the third-party account used by the user has completed authentication, the user does not need to authenticate again , and the user also agrees that the provider of the third-party account may provide the Platform with the user’s authentication status and related information .
2.5. The user further clearly understands and agrees that once the user uninstalls or reinstalls the game provided by this platform , or the user changes the terminal device such as mobile phone, computer, or such terminal device is damaged, all the user’s game-related data may be cleared and cannot be queried or restored. Any loss caused to the user shall be borne by the user.
2.6. If the user uses a third-party account approved by this platform as a game account to use and enjoy the games on this platform , the user should also abide by the agreements and rules related to the third-party account, and if there are any related problems arising from the third-party account, including but not limited to theft, the user should contact the third party to resolve them on his own. This platform can provide corresponding assistance depending on the specific circumstances.
2.7. The user fully understands and agrees that the platform has the right to review whether the information provided by the user during registration is true and valid, and should actively take reasonable measures such as technology and management to ensure the security and validity of the user’s account; the user has the obligation to properly keep his account and password, and use his account and password correctly and safely. Any party that fails to fulfill the above obligations and causes loss of account passwords, account theft, etc., which causes damage to users and others, shall bear the legal liability arising therefrom.
2.8. If the user finds that someone else has impersonated or stolen your game account and password, or any other situation that is not authorized by the user, the user should immediately notify the platform in an effective manner required by the platform and inform the platform of the measures to be taken. When the user notifies the platform , the user should provide personal valid identity information consistent with your registered identity information. After receiving the user’s valid request and verifying the identity, the platform will take corresponding measures according to the user’s request or in combination with the specific circumstances (including but not limited to suspending the login and use of the account, etc.). The user shall bear the losses caused to the user and other users due to the platform taking corresponding measures according to the user’s request. If the user does not provide valid identity information or the personal valid identity information you provide is inconsistent with the registered identity information, the platform has the right to reject the user’s request, and the user shall bear the losses caused to the user.
2.9. The user fully understands and agrees that in order to efficiently utilize server resources, ensure smooth game operation, and reduce server pressure, this platform has the right to make irregular cleanups of low-level accounts that have not logged into the game for a long time.
Does not use a game account to log in to the game on this platform within 6 months , this platform has the right to take measures such as deletion of the account and the game data and related information under the account.
2.10. The game account is the identification or certificate that the platform authorizes users to log in and use the games and related services of the platform in accordance with this agreement, and its ownership belongs to the platform . Users only enjoy the right to use the game account in accordance with this agreement and the relevant account use agreement and the special rules issued by the platform for this purpose. Users shall not provide the game account to others for use in any way, including but not limited to transfer, rental, loan, etc. to others for commercial use including but not limited to live broadcast, recording, proxy playing and training. Otherwise, any legal consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and the platform has the right to take measures against the user’s game account, including but not limited to warning, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the functions of the game account, deleting the game account and game data and other related information, and blocking the account until cancellation. All consequences caused by this shall be borne by the user.
2.11. If the game on this platform provides the game account cancellation function, if the user needs to cancel the game account, he or she can follow the account cancellation instructions provided by the official game, and should ensure that the relevant conditions for game account cancellation announced by the official game are met, and at the same time agree to the game account cancellation agreement and other relevant rules announced by the official game.
2.12. Special reminder to users: if the user cancels the game account, the relevant game income under the game account will also be cleared. Therefore, before the user cancels the game account, please ensure that the game income under the game account has been properly handled or the relevant game income has been settled. Once the user cancels the game account, if there are still game income under the game account at that time (including game income that has been generated during the use of this game and may be generated in the future), this platform has the right to clear all game income under the game account, and the consequences will be borne by the user. 2.13. The user fully understands and agrees that this platform does not guarantee that the systems are free of loopholes, technical failures, etc., and does not guarantee that the game software systems can operate normally at any time. When the rights and interests of the user are damaged due to system loopholes, technical failures, etc., this platform will take remedial measures in a timely manner, and the user shall not claim compensation for losses on this basis.
3. Game Service Content Terms
3.1. Users shall abide by this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations . This platform only authorizes users to use the game services provided by this platform with a non-transferable and non-exclusive license. All other rights not expressly authorized in this clause and other terms of this Agreement are reserved by this platform . Users must obtain written permission from this platform when exercising these rights .
3.2. If the user violates any provision of this Agreement, the platform has the right to take necessary measures to stop the user’s improper behavior, and may announce the handling results in the game or on the official website, and (or) have the right to require the user to compensate for all losses caused to the platform due to improper or breach of contract behavior .
3.3. The user fully understands and agrees that the platform has the right to deal with any behavior that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law and regulations, and preserve relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and report to relevant departments. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom alone.
3.4. The game services provided by this platform , users shall not record, broadcast or disseminate the game content of this platform to others in any way without the permission of this platform , including but not limited to not using any third-party software for online broadcasting and dissemination.
3.5. The user fully understands and agrees that game equipment, game coins and other game props are part of the game services provided by this platform , and this platform hereby permits the user to obtain the right to use them in accordance with this agreement. The user’s purchase and use of game equipment, game coins and other game props should comply with the requirements of this agreement and the specific rules of the game; at the same time, game equipment, game coins and other game props may be subject to certain validity period restrictions. Even if the user does not use them within the prescribed validity period, except for force majeure or reasons attributable to this platform , once the validity period expires, they will automatically become invalid.

3.6. The user fully understands and agrees that: in order to protect the security of the user’s game account and to create a fair, healthy and safe gaming environment, in the process of the user’s use of the platform’s game services, without violating relevant laws and regulations, the platform can use technical means to understand the random storage memory of the user’s terminal device and the related programs running simultaneously with the platform’s games. Once any unauthorized related programs that endanger the normal operation of the platform’s game services are discovered, the platform can collect all relevant information and take reasonable measures to combat them.
3.7. The user fully understands and agrees that in order to ensure the gaming experience of the user and other users, this platform has the right to transfer or clear some past game data stored on the game server of this platform .
3.8. The provision of game services by this platform to users is a commercial act in itself. Users have the right to decide whether to pay the corresponding fees according to the charging items (including but not limited to the purchase of the right to use virtual props in the game and the acceptance of other value-added services and other charging items) and charging standards determined by this platform to obtain the corresponding game services. 3.15. If the games provided by this platform are provided in the form of software, this platform only authorizes the user to have a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. 4. User (Player) Game Behavior Guidelines

(12) Contains other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations or other national regulations .
4.2. This platform , the game services provided by this platform , or participate in the game activities of this platform through improper means or other unfair means .
4.3. In order to maintain the fairness of the game , this is a permanent ban, and you can apply for a new account to play the game .
If the game monitoring mechanism of this platform finds that your account has been used by others or the data is abnormal, in order to protect your account , this account will enter a protective freezing state . The user agrees to use the monitoring data in the game program as the basis for judging whether the user has cheated in the game by using plug-in programs or other methods.
4.5. The user fully understands, agrees and accepts that the platform has the right to take one or more of the following punitive measures based on the severity of the user’s (player’s) violations according to the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to:

(2) Silence;
(3) Restrict or prohibit the use of all or part of the functions;
(4) Temporarily or permanently banning the game account;
(4) Cancellation of transaction;
(5) Deducting proceeds from illegal transactions;
(6) Freeze , reclaim game virtual items or roll back or clear data.
(7) Confiscation of improper benefits (such as virtual game items obtained by users through improper means), deduction of values (including but not limited to experience points, etc.), deletion of forum posts, blocking of forum accounts, temporary suspension of services, etc.
If a user (player) has any objection to the above measures taken by this platform against his or her violations or encounters any problems in the game, he or she should contact the administrator in writing to explain the facts and reasons. The administrator has the right to decide whether to change the punishment or reply to the result based on the actual situation.
4.6. Other rules for handling violations by users in the game

(1) Any violent behavior that is not directly related to the game world, as well as any disclosure of any game world and real-life information of other users or platform employees, may be subject to the following penalties depending on the circumstances: silence; forced offline; temporary freeze of gameplay; permanent freeze of gameplay; temporary ban on login; permanent ban on login; and assumption of legal liability.
(2) In-game, any behavior involving prohibited items may result in the following penalties depending on the circumstances: warning; mute; temporary freeze on gameplay; permanent freeze on gameplay; forced offline; temporary ban on login; permanent ban on login.

5. Description of service interruption, suspension and change
5.1. The user fully understands and agrees that the platform has the right to interrupt, stop or change the services it provides when any of the following circumstances occurs , and the platform does not assume any responsibility for the troubles, inconveniences or losses caused thereby :
5.1.1. Due to regular inspection and maintenance, software and hardware updates, etc., this platform has the right to suspend services, but this platform will complete the repair and maintenance work as soon as possible.

The force majeure referred to in this agreement includes: natural disasters, changes in laws, regulations or government orders, reasons unique to the characteristics of network services, such as failures of domestic and foreign basic telecommunications operators, computer, mobile device or Internet-related technical defects, Internet coverage restrictions, computer, mobile device viruses, hacker attacks and other factors that are unforeseeable, unavoidable and cannot be used within the legal scope.
10. Others
10.1. This platform has the right to change the terms of this agreement when necessary . The changed terms will take effect from the time of publication. Users can check the latest version of the terms of this agreement on the relevant pages of the platform games. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if the user continues to use the game services provided by this platform , it will be deemed that the user has accepted the changed agreement. On the contrary, if the user does not agree with the changed terms, the user can actively cancel or immediately stop using the game services provided by this platform ; if the user continues to use the network service, it will be deemed that the user accepts the change in the terms of service.
10.2. The Platform’s failure to exercise, failure to timely exercise, or failure to fully exercise any right under this Agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be deemed a waiver of such right, nor shall it affect the Platform’s exercise of such right in the future.
